The South Korea Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd. came to visit our company with PETRONAS Owner. They visited the production workshop and the design department, and exchanged the existing views on the executing projects. The customers were satisfied with our company and conducted a thorough discussion on future cooperation.

The PETRONAS’s Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development Program (RAPID) in Johore is a 60billion PAP ID project, including a refinery that can produce 300, 000 bpd. The factory will supply raw materials to the integrated petrochemical plant. The integrated petrochemical plant includes naphtha steam cracking units with an olefin capacity of 3 million tons year. 

In 2012 PETRONAS had signed a framework agreement with potential chemical partners, including Germany BASF SE, Japan Itochu and Thailand PTTGC. From 2015 to 2016, Samsung successively won multiple bid sections of the RAPID, and obtained outstanding achievements in the construction of the project, and was well received by the owner and Malaysian society.
