Golden September is the harvest season. Thanks to the effective results of the government's epidemic control, we can get together again after a year. We took a bus all the way north and came to Wuling Mountain after two and a half hours. After enjoying the green mountains and rivers, we started the team's outdoor ice-breaking group activities. The games such as circle to the end, dancing with ropes and biochemical crisis made everyone excited. We were active and enthusiastic, our smiles have released our hearts, we were fully relaxed in nature, and cooperation made us happy. The bonfire party was even more exciting. The fire was burning and everyone danced around the bonfire. Although the temperature in the mountains is a little low, everyone's enthusiasm was very high, and laughter filled the mountains.

The next day in Gubei Water Town, we participated in the Who is the Royal Spy game together, which not only relaxed our bodies and minds, but also effectively promoted the team's strict organization and cooperation abilities and decision-making abilities, enhanced the communication andcollaborationbetween the team members, and cultivated the staff's spirit of continuous innovation and enterprising in our work.

Through these theme group building activities, we strongly demonstrated each employee's potential and team spirit, strengthened the employees' sense of teamwork, enhanced the cohesion of our team, and weare full of confidence in the future of our company.

With the cool autumn wind blowing, we were sitting on the high-speed railway from Beijing to Kaifeng, talking and laughing all the way. Our long-expected trip finally started.The first stop in Kaifeng, at the gate of the garden, There is a very long flag, which said: "Qingming shanghe Garden" five characters.This large-scale song dynasty historical and cultural theme park based on the blueprint of the famous painting "riverside scene at Qingming festival" handed down from ancient China is 1:1 restored. Here we come!Along the way, I watched the tour case ofBaogongxunan and Dasong ? Dongjingbaoweizhan, and enjoyed the live performance of Dasong ? Dongjingmenghua in the night.Yuntai mountain - red stone gorge scenery is the most essence, with an extremely beautiful landscape, it shows different colors in the four seasons. Longmen Grottoes is one of the treasure-house of Chinese rock carvings among Mogao Grottoes, Yungang Grottoes and Maiji Mountain Grottoes.The last stop was the Shaolin Temple, known as "the most famous temple in the world", and we watched the wonderful Shaolin Martial Arts Performance. After lunch, we came to the high-speed railway station by bus and the perfect journey was over.

Accompanied by the setting sun, all of us arrived in the Wulanbutong Prairie. The Mongolian compatriots have already prepared the holy Hada and DismountWine, theywarmly welcomed us- the far-reaching guests. You cannot miss the delicious food - roast whole lamb. The appearance is golden and bright, it is tender inside with a crispy crust. After the meal, along with the burning bonfire, everyone joined hands with each other and jumped around the bonfire to learn the Mongolian Andai dance. The bonfire reflected the night sky and everyone’s smile.This moment will become a memory that can never be erased in our minds, as beautiful as a gorgeous glow.      On the next day, everyone took the exclusive grassland team off-road vehicle to cross the prairie,along our journey there were colorful forests, cattle and sheep in the mountains and queue-like white birch forest, they are just so beautiful. We also visitedscenic spots like the general lateand Aobao meeting along the way, which made everyone linger, thinking about going back here again in a different seasons.

We went to the island of YueTuowhich is known as the northern Maldives with excitement, and we heard that there are colorful Dutch style water cabins long time ago. Arrived atdestinationaround the evening, we checked in the hotel that near the beach,walking out of the hotel you can see the crystal clear sand through the sea water. Our group was having delicious seafoodtogether, enjoyingwarm music, listening to thespray flapping the coast, looking up to the twinkling stars in the sky, feeling the brushingof the sea breeze, everything was so beautiful at night. Early the next morning, we excitedly get up to watch the sunrise together.We came to the beach and found that the retreat tide of the sea brought a lot of gifts to the beach; we picked the shellfishes, caught the crabs and fish. After reaching the island, we walked through an antique andbeautiful wooden trail. Under the trail is green sea water dancing with the breeze, fresh and quiet.All of a sudden, it let you away from the city's push and squeeze. Walking along the trail, there is a spire,it is a dark green Dutch cabin.Walking through the cabinand you really enter the romantic island finally. About to leave, standing in the stern of the boat, we looked at theslowly fading island with nostalgia, it seemed to wavegoodbye to its friends from the city with reluctance.

We arrived at Xi'an on the high-speed rail from Beijing.After we got out of the railway station, we came to the Hui People's Streetwhere we ate the famous Steamed Mutton, and went back to the hotel. In the second day, our destination was Terra-Cotta Warriors. It spent about 40 minutes to drive to the destination. When we stepped into the hall, we were amazed by the vast dispositon. As the old saying goes, “Seeing is believing.” It is an exquisite Qin army, which is a well-equipped, well-trained and well-disciplined one. We walk slowly around the pit and savor it. Then we arrived at the Da Tang Furong Garden. We watched the music and dance performances of the Theatre " Dream Back to the Great Tang " together.

We went to the well-known Buddhist resort of Lingshan in Wuxi.The location of Lingshan Buddha is Xiaoling Mountain named by Tang Xuanzang.. Lingshan Buddha is a symbol of Wuxi, which is of great significance to social culture and economic development. It has the world's largest open-air bronze Sakyamuni statue. The Buddha's body and the lotus flower seats of the Lingshan Buddha are all made of tin bronze plate. The total amount of copper is more than seven hundred tons. Lingshan Mountain Buddha stands on the shores of Taihu Lake in Wuxi, reflecting the economic development, cultural prosperity and social stability of East China. It is also an important reflection of China's policy of freedom of religious belief. It represents that peace and life are like bronze which is ever-lasting.

It can be said that all the staff contribute a great effort to this party. Although the equipment is not complete enough, the props are not perfect enough, and the actors and singers are not professional, what all the performances represent are more like a kind of attitude, a kind of expectation for next year, gratitude to group leaders and colleagues. The smile and applause is the affirmation for the effort of every actor.. The whole show is made up of various teams, but now we are a group in which every one is a member, a member of our extended family, and we shall unite and work together. " There is no longer road than foot, no higher mountain than people", we have reason to believe that as long as we pay for it and work hard, one dayeach of us will achieve theresult we deserve, let us create the company's future glory together.

On July 27th we organized to go to Chengde Mountain Resort, when it rained for a half day. But misfortune might be a blessing in disguise--in the second day it returned to us a very satisfying sky with white clouds and pleasant temperature. Responding to that, we do not hesitate to advance to the Summer Resort. We visited the Wanshu Garden in the Summer Resort, which is different from the exquisite courtyard and the crowded mountains.It is full of the luxuriant green trees which fulfill our eyes with vast green. It's a different kind of enjoyment when we see various shades of green from prairie and woods after we saw vast blue from sea .

Our company's annual meeting came at schedule, all the staff gather together and recollected the past time when we worked together no matter the situation was hard or easy in the year 2011.We listened to each department's working summary in 2011, and praised the excellent workers of our company in 2011.Looking forward to the future development of the company, all the staff had also carried out a wonderful performance of literature and art, and held a fantastic game. We spent an unforgetable afternoon in delight and enjoyment.

The company has organized outstanding staff representatives for a one-day development training. Through the centralized teaching and on-the-spot exercises by the coach in the training base, not onlyhave we built our physique, but also the team spirit and adherence are promoted and reflected intensively. Themembers of the trainingshows they all benifit a lot from it. Through quality outward bound, I think, we do not only gain exercise, but also gain friendship, a kind of one which will be our most memorable feelings in more than a decade.Hand-in hand, steping on the back--this is trust, is true feelings. May we love sincerely between each other and cooperate within the team. Let's have a better understanding of the team, the teamwork and the team spirit that is selfless and dynamic, and let us savor our lives in laughter.

After a long drive, we arrived at Beidaihe, we arrived at Beidaihe. We saw that the sea surface was boundless andwe became full of excitement. Then we went back to the hotel to rest for a while, and we went to catch crab and shellfish together. If we are lucky enough, we could even catch octopus and trepang. After dinner we put up tent, camping together at the seaside.there was a pile of bonfires at night, and we talked about the sea. On the second morning we watched the sun climbing out of the sea-side horizon.Its a wonderful scenery and we enjoy and feel the great scenery of our motherland !

At 7: 30 in the morning，the staff departured, and about 12: 30 arrived at the resort, then put down the luggage and start to eat. In the afternoon there are real people in the resort of CS, archery and other entertainment facilities. After four o'clock, they went to ride, and climb the mountain to see the sunset. In that relaxing way,  theday went by. 

On the morning of the second day, we walked around the Lightning Lake for about half of it.Bathing in the morning light, listening to the sound of the water and the sound of birds, and the rising sun shining on the surface of the water., everything is enjoyable. After walking for about two hours, we return to eat breakfast. At nine o'clock, we set off to the Wuhua meadow, which is said to be the only piece of the grassland of various small flowers in Jingxi, where we can see boundless blue sky and white clouds.
